Initial Booking Consultation                                                           ~ 30 minutes

At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.  This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

Conditions of Service

A signed copy of the Conditions of Service Agreement must be provided to Ashland Pet Concierge before service is provided.

A separate signed & completed Service Request is due for each service, before each service start. 

Visit                                                                     

When your Ashland Pet Concierge pet caretaker visits we will feed your pet and stay with them while they eat if you request it.  We will take dogs for walks and play with your pet. We will water plants, bring in mail, turn on/off lights, etc to give a home a lived-in look. We will also leave a log with information about your pets at every visit.

Most dogs will require 2-4 visits per day.   Cats are best with 1 or more visits per day.  

Daily Walk

Your Ashland Pet Concierge pet caretaker will visit your pet on a daily basis to feed, give a short potty break or walk a dog. 

Drop In                                                                                                             5 Minutes or less

Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.  

Collect a $5.00 Credit For Every Referral

Every referral that books service with us earns $5.00 to your account.
